Frame: 12-month warranty covering natural deformation, welding cracks, desoldering cracks, and manufacturing defects. Damage from self-modification or crashes is not included.

Battery: 12-month warranty. We’ll replace the battery for issues like poor contact, power failure, no power storage, or capacity below 60%, but excludes water damage, artificial damage, or neglect (e.g., no charging for over a month).

Motor: 12-month warranty. We’ll repair for coil phase damage, demagnetisation, detachment, axle deformation, noisy bearings, and other quality defects. Damage from improper riding/operation or unauthorised alteration is not covered.
