• Battery: 12-month warranty; replacement for poor contact, power failure, no power storage, or capacity below 60%; excludes water damage, artificial damage, or improper maintenance.
• Motor: 12-month warranty; repair for coil phase damage, demagnetisation, detachment, axle deformation, noisy bearings, and other defects; excludes improper riding or unauthorised alterations.
